摘要

陳修園為清代著名的醫家，其所著女科要旨的學術思想，調經主張從脾胃論治，重視虛實辨證與陰陽偏勝；對於婦人經期正常，身無他病，而不能受孕者，認為與體質有密切相關。治療胎前產後諸證，多宗張仲景金匱要略的療法。本書的特點，陳氏在婦科臨床上，發明了陰陽偏勝的調經處方，四物湯加香附、茯神、炙甘草，及創制了平補安胎方所以載丸，本方治習慣性流產，廣為後世臨床醫家所使用。

Xiu-yuan Chen was a famous physician in Qing dynasty. The thought of Nuke-yao-zhi wrote by Chen's, menstrual disease was determined treatment from spleen-gastric theory which appreciated identify pattern of vacuity and repletion with yin and yang overcome each other. He though that woman's infertility was related to constitution if her menstrual cycle normality with healthy body. He treated ante-and post-partum diseases almost according principles of Jin-qui-yao-lue wrote by Zhang zhong-jing. The character of Nu-ke-yao-zhi, Chen's invented one prescription of regulatory menstruation about yin and yang overcome each other, which's named Si wu tang added cyperus, root poria and licorice. And he created a protected fetal decoction in pregnancy named Suo yi zai wan. The decoction broadly applied to treat habitual abortion by physician in clinic.
