本研究旨在探討已婚再就業婦女本身的學習需求內涵,並分析已婚再就業婦女學習需求與家庭因素、個人因素、心理因素的關係。基於經濟發展的特點、相關學習活動的缺乏及過去研究的經驗,選定高雄市作為研究調查的範圍,並依據立意抽樣選取高雄市國中學生的媽媽,作為資料蒐集的對象。研究結果得知:1.高雄市已婚再就業婦女對學習需求的偏好依序是休閒娛樂保健、自我信心與肯定、公共事務與拓展人際關係、家庭生活與一般教育、職業進展。2.丈夫職位、每月家庭總收入、家中小孩數、最小小孩年齡並不會影響已婚再就業婦女對各類型學習需求的偏好。3.教育程度及是否曾參與過成人教育活動會影響已婚再就業婦女對各類型學習需求的選擇。4.角色態度愈傾向現代性的已婚再就業婦女對各類型的學習需求傾向愈強。
This paper aimed at exploring to the learning needs of re-entry job market married women. As well as the analysis of the relationship between the learning needs of the re-entry job market married women's with their family factors, individual factors, and psychological factors. Considering the particularities of industrial development, lack of educational activities in related with works, and past research mostly inclined to the Northern regions, this research, therefore, selected newly industrial and commercial developed City--Kao Hsiung as investigation area. This paper sampled 223 junior high school students' mothers as subjects for questionnaire interview.Through the presented evidence, several salient perspectives have manifested from 223 women. In brief, they are:(1) Learning needs of re-entry job market married women in Kao Hsiung, according to women's performance, were leisure and health activities, self-confident development, public affaires service and interpersonal relations, family life improvement and maintenance as well as professional advance.(2) Husband occupation, total income per month, numbers of child and the age of the youngest child did not influence the learning needs of these reentry job market married women.(3) Level of education and experienced adult education did influence the learning needs of these re-entry job market married women perform and select.(4) The more the role and attitudes of the re-entry job market married women inclined to modernity, the more the learning need they presented.
