農民組織在農業技術移轉上的角色

摘要

本文作者見於台灣有許多種類與數量的農民組織，且這些組織在農業技術移轉上都扮演重要的角色，乃著述本論文。
本研究的具體目的共有四項，（一）闡明農民組織在農業技術移轉過程中所扮演角色的理論概念；（二）評估台灣基層農會組織在農業技術移轉上的角色與功能；（三）研究其他農民組織如青果運銷運合作社、農田水利會及各種特殊作物或動物產銷組織所扮演的各種不同的特殊性農業技術移轉角色；（四）探討村里中農民研究團體的技術移轉角色。在上列四大目的之下本研究對各類農民組織在農業技術移轉上所扮演的角色與克盡的功能都作廣泛的探討。
本文在最後部份提出結論與建議，在建議部份著重在如何應用農民組織，使之更有效地扮演農業技術移轉的角色，以達成農業發展及農民生活改善的最終目的。
本研究所使用的方法係參酌過去的觀察，經對問題了解與認識，以及參閱相關文獻等。從中凝聚概念及運用思考與觀察心得，作為分析與闡述主題依據。

Since a large amount of transfer in agricultural technology, has been occurring in Taiwan and various types of farmers' organizations have played important roles of agricultural technology transfer, the present paper attempts to achieve several important objectives. (1) To analyze theoretical concepts of the role of farmers' organizations in agricultural technology transfer process. (2) To assess the role and functions of Taiwan local farmers' associations in agricultural technology transfer.(3) To investigate roles of other farmers' organizations, i.e., Fruit Marketing-Cooperatives, Irrigation Associations, and various kinds of crops and animals' production and marketing associations in different aspects of agricultural technology transfer. (4) To investigate the role of village farmers' groups in technology transfer.
Each aspect of the objectives indicated above is further divided into several specific topics and issue for the analysis and discussion. Thus the study covers broadly the roles and function of multiple types of farmers' organizations in agricultural technology transfer.
Conclusions and suggestions are induced in the final part of this paper. Suggestions are emphasized on how to apply and use farmers' organizations to play a more successful and effective role in technology transfer for agricultural development purposes.
