臺灣雞孵化場絨毛細菌及黴菌的污染情形

The Contamination Status of Bacteria and Fungi in the Chicken Hatcheries in Taiwan

摘要


1997年至1998年由全省種雞場孵化室送檢絨毛共17,073件,經測定生菌數、黴菌、沙門氏桿菌及金黃色葡萄球菌之存在與否,供為評估孵化室衛生情形之參考。以每三個月為一季,二年共計八季,每季絨毛生菌數範圍(以log表示)分別為1.1-5.5,1.0-6.3,1.2-5.3,1.3-5.0,1.3-5.8,1.4-5.0,1.2-5.8及2.0-5.7。前六季的沙門氏桿菌污染率分別為0(千分比),0.9(千分比),0.5(千分比),0.4(千分比),0.5(千分比),1.5(千分比),葡萄球菌污染率分別為0(千分比),0(千分比),0(千分比),0.8(千分比),2.3(千分比),0.4(千分比)。然而黴菌的污染率則因期別而不同,分別為2.9(千分比),17.5(千分比),36.6(千分比),22.6(千分比),31.8(千分比),53.1(千分比)。此外1995年10月至1997年0由全省26家種雞埸孵化室收集12,345個絨毛樣本進行沙氏桿菌增菌分離,結果共分離出39株沙氏桿菌,經血清型別鑑定,結果S. schwarzengrund有8株,S. duesseldorf 6株,S. give 3株,S. london 3株,S. senftenberg 2株,其餘S. amager,S. eppendorf,S . gloucester,S. hadar,S . haifa,S. halmstad,S. jerusalem,S. lindenburg,S. muenchen,S. new-mexico,S. tennessee,S. typhimurium各1株,未能確定者有5株。總之,經此絨毛細菌監測,種雞埸孵化室衛生情形有顯著進步,並能得以隨時監控保持。

Seventeen thousand and seventy-three fluff samples were tested for the total bacterial count, the presence of Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, and fungus to evaluate the hygienic conditions of the hatcheries in Taiwan from 1997 to 1998. The total bacterial counts of those fluff samples, in log, were 1.1-5.5, 1.0-6.3, 1.2-5.3, 1.3-5.0, 1.3-5.8, 1.4-5.0, 1.2-5.8 and 2.0-5.7 in different seasons, respectively. The proportions of Salmonella spp. in the samples were 0(per thousand), 0.9(per thousand), 0.5(per thousand), 0.4(per thousand), 0.5(per thousand), 1.5(per thousand) in the former six seasons, those of the Staphylococcus aureus, were 0(per thousand), 0(per thousand), 0(per thousand), 0.8(per thousand), 2.3(per thousand), and 0.4(per thousand) and those of fungus were 2.9(per thousand), 17.5(per thousand), 36.6(per thousand), 22.6(per thousand), 31.8(per thousand), and 53.1(per thousand), respectively. In addition, the serotypes of 39 Salmonella isolates from 12,345 fluff samples in 26 hatcheries from Oct. 1995 to Oct. 1997 were determined by serological test. Eight of them were Salmonella (S.) schwarzengrund; six S. duesseldorf, three S. give, three S. london, two S. senftenberg. Five isolates were unidentified. The rest of them were respectively S. amager, S eppendorf, S. gloucester, S. hadar, S. haifa, S. halmstad, S. jerusalem, S . lindenburg, S. muenchen, S. new-mexico, S .tennessee, and S. typhimurium. It seems that the fluff test is a valuable method for the use in supervising the hygienic status of the hatcheries in Taiwan.
