感染美極梅奇酵母菌(Metschnikowia pulcherrima)之養殖泰國蝦血淋液生化學性狀研究

摘要


為瞭解泰國蝦酵母菌感染之血淋液變化與致病機制之相關性。將正常泰國蝦100尾,酵母菌人工感染泰國蝦110尾,及酵母菌自然感染泰國蝦80尾,由心臟採取血淋液,進行生化分析測定。由於肌酸分解酶(CK)活性值與總二氧化碳(TCO2)值過低無法測定,故僅就19項生化特性進行分析。結果發現:感染蝦葡萄糖、總蛋白及納離子等濃度有顯著降低(P<0.05),因自然感染蝦及人工感染蝦皆有葡萄糖濃度下降,自然感染蝦天門冬酸鹽轉胺酶窩(AST)與澱粉酶(Amyl)活性值,三酸甘油脂(Trig)濃度等皆呈上升變化,顯示感染蝦可能有肝胰腺及肌肉之傷害。

This study investigates the biochemical changes of hemolymph and the associated mechanisms of the disease caused by the yeast, Metschnikowia pulcherrima in cultured giant freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii. One hundred clinically normal prawns, together with 110 artificially infected prawns and 80 naturally infected prawns with M. pulcherrima were investigated herein. The hemolymph was taken by cardiac puncture, and was collected after centrifugation for biochemical analysis. Only nineteen items were available for biochemical analysis since the concentration of creatine kianase (CK) and the total carbon dioxide (TCO2) of the samples were too low to be detected. The findings indicated that concentrations of glucose (Glu), total protein (TP) and Na+ were significantly low (P<0.05), while the activities of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and amylase (Amyl), as well as the triglyceride (Trig) concentration were increased significantly in the naturally infected prawns. The results revealed that the prawns infected by yeast had hepatopancreas and muscle injuries.
