有機錫葯劑處理木材之耐腐朽性研究

The Decay Resistance of Woods Treated with Organotin Compounds

摘要


本試驗將乙酸化三丁烷錫,氯化三了烷錫,氧化三了烷錫,苯乙酸化三丁烷錫,及丙烯酸化三丁烷錫等五種有機錫化合物溶於甲醇中,配成0.5%,1.0%,及1.5%三種濃度的溶液。用配好的溶液分剔處理杉木及柳杉邊材,觀測其耐腐性能,並與CCA(4%)水溶液處理的試材比較。結果顯示,有機錫藥劑具有與鉻化砷酸銅相當的防腐效力,而五種藥劑彼此之間差異很小。試片對有機錫藥品的吸收率大致與溶液濃度成正比,腐朽率則與濃度成反比,亦即溶液濃度與耐腐效應成正比。

The solutions of five organotin compounds, i.e., TBTA, TBTC, TBTO, TBTP and TBTAL, are prepared in methanol, and in three concentrations of 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%. The organotin/methanol solutions are used to treat wood samples of two species, i.e., Cunnighamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook, and Cryptomeria japonica D. Don. The decay resistances of treated samples are investigated and compared to the CCA (4%) treated samples. It is shown that organotin compounds are comparable to wood preservatives CCA. Besides, the preservative properties of organotin compounds, (C_4 H_9 ) SnX, do not change singificantly with different X groups.
