本省硝化棉系木器塗料性質之比較

本試驗係分析省產NC拉卡木器塗料之品質，並和進口NC拉卡加以比較，以提供木業界選擇NC拉卡塗料之參考。本試驗所使用之NC拉卡樣本，係至本省大中小型塗料廠及木器廠採樣，計省產7家，進口3家，分別採二度底漆及面漆各一種，試驗結果所得結論如下：1. 以廠別而言，二度底漆以B廠及F廠性質較佳，而面漆以A，B，C，D，E及G廠最佳，但A廠須提高固體成份，而B廠須再提高硬度；其中A，B，C為進口，D，E，F，G，H，I及J為省產NC拉卡。2. 比較省產及進口塗料之性質，其中塗料之調配，硬度及耐磨性以省產NC拉卡較佳，而附著性、耐衝擊性及耐候性則以進口NC拉卡較為優良；其他性質如色澤外觀、乾燥時間、光澤度、不粘著性、抗彎曲性及耐化學葯品性等兩者並無很大的差異。本試驗結果顯示，多家省產NC拉卡仍足以採用，但耐候性及附著性必須加以改進，只要慎選本省信譽良好之塗料廠，業者大可不必以較高的成本，購買進口NC拉卡。

The objective of this study is to analyze the properties of NC lacquer used in Taiwan and compare with the imported ones. The sampIes of NC lacquer seven of them were obtained from regional factories and three of them were imported. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Among these factories, the Band F are the better ones in the properties of sanding sealer and in the properties of top coating , the A, B, C, D, E and G factories are better than the others, but A factory must improve its solid content and B factory must improve its hardness of NC lacquer. 2. The adjustment between solid content and viscosity, hardness and abrasion resistance of NC lacquer made in Taiwan are better than those of imported ones. While the adhesion, impact resistance and Iight-fastness of imported NC lacquer films are better than Taiwan's. Besides, other properties such as the drying time, color, gloss, tackness, bending resistance and chemical resistance have no noticeable difference between Taiwan brands and imported ones. From the experitment, we found that most of NC lacquer which made in Taiwan are very useful, but the properties of light fastness and adhesion have to improve. Therefore, the furniture manufactures may use the regional NC lacquer instead of imported NC lacquer if they choose the right one of the coating manufactory.
