摘要


以多元醇(Polyol)之聚乙二醇(Polyethylene glycol, PEG)與聚異氰酸鹽膠(Polymeric diphenymethane diisocyanate, PMDI)不同重量混合比(0:100;5:95;20:80;35:65;50:50)作為膠合劑,製造密度0.45 g/cm^3之泡桐粒片板;其靜曲破壞強度(MOR)、內聚力(IB)、木螺絲釘保持力(SH)及尺寸安定性質,均以混合比5:95者為最佳。

Using Polyethylene Glycol (PEG, molecular weight 1000), one kind of polyol, mixed with Isocyanate (PMDI, polymeric diphenymethane diisocyanate) as glue, their 5 kinds of mix ratio were 0:100, 5:95, 20:80, 35:65 and 50:50. the density of particleboard was 0.45 g/cm^3 and made from Paulownia×taiwaniana. Its modulus of rupture (MOR), internal bonding (IB), screw holding strength (SH) and dimensional stability showed the glue mix ratio at 5:95 the best.
