摘要

混合溶劑（Mixed Solvents）主要用於塗裝前之稀釋用，商業上俗稱香蕉水（Thinner），它是由真溶劑（True soIvent）、助溶劑（Latent soIvent）及稀釋劑（Diluent）所組成。通常，硝化纖維素塗料噴塗時，混合溶劑約佔65～80%，對於塗料之流動性、塗膜之均勻性及收縮性等有極大之影響，故如何為各種變性塗料找出最適當之混合溶劑配方，乃為本研究重點。結果歸納如下：1﹒混合溶劑配方對各種變性塗料之塗膜物理性質較具影響，而化學性質則不然。2﹒除聚脲酯變性塗料宜用其專用混合溶劑外， 其餘變性塗料可用同一種混合溶劑配方。

Mixed solvent was mainly used in thinning of coating. It's commercial name was ＂thinner＂ .Mixed solvent consists of true solvent, latent solvent and diluent. Generally, mixed solvent reached 65% to 80% (volume) in nitrocellulose lacquers for spraying. It can largely affect the fluidity of coatings, uniform and shrinkage of films. The main objective of this research was to explore the suitable for mixed solvents in different modified coatings. The results are summarized as follows: 1. AII kinds of the formulation of mixed solvent affected the physical properties but did not affect thechemical propertics. 2. The mixed solvent prepared in this study can be used for most of the resin-modified nitrocellulose lacquers, but polyurethane-modified nitrocellulose lacquer must use special polyurethane mixed solvent.
