摘要


本試驗係以篦麻油為基質之聚胺基甲酸醋(PU)與硝化纖維素(NC)合成半互穿聚合體網狀結構物(Semi-IPNs),探討在各種NCO/OH莫耳比及PU/NC組成,作為木器塗料之可行性;經塗料之粘度、乾燥時間、膠化時間,及塗膜機械性質、冷熱循環之塗膜耐久性及塗膜耐光性等分析,發現PU/NC之semi-IPNs可以明顯縮短PU的乾燥時問,並且無可使用時間的限制,尤其以NCO/OH=1.2、PU/NC=70/30之組合,可以明顯提升PU的拉伸強度及硬度,但semi-IPNs之耐光性則較純PU及NC者為差;而塗膜熱重量分析(TGA)、動態機械分析(DMA)、傅立葉紅外線光譜分析(FT-IR)、及掃描式電子顯微鏡分析(SEM)則將於第二報中敘述。

The coatings containing semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs) were prepared from castor oil based polyurethane (PU) and nitrocellulose (NC) under different NCO/OH molar ratios of PU and PU/NC compositions. It revealed that the drying time of PU could be shorted significantly and had no limit of pot-life by interpenetrating with NC. The tensile strength and hard- ness of semi-IPNs with NCO/OH=1.2, PU/NC=70/30 were significiantly improved as compared to those of PU but the lightfastness of semi-IPNs was inferior than those of PU and NC films. The analysis of TGA, DMA , FT-IR and SEM of semi-IPNs films will be discussed in the next report .
