紙質材料裱貼漿糊耐久性之評估

Evaluation for the Durability of Paste Mounting Paper

摘要


本試驗蒐集國內較具代表性之文物裱修單位所採用的漿糊,進行紙質材料裱貼糊劑之耐久試驗。以玉版宣模擬國畫紙,雁皮宣模擬裱紙,採用故宮裱畫糊進行貼覆處理後進行耐久性評估,由試驗結果可知,塗佈漿糊紙張之變色程度較空白紙張為顯著,雁皮宜之變色程度較玉版宣顯著;濕熱劣化較乾熱劣化處理之變色顯著,且變色逐漸偏向黃色系。以uv光促進劣化處理對雁皮宣及玉版宣之纖維素降解程度遠較濕熱或乾熱處理者為顯著;而塗佈漿糊手工紙照光劣化後之聚合度降解較空白者為顯著。以霍氏紅外線光譜儀分析可知,裱褙漿糊經UV光加速劣化處理後,隨照光時間增加,裱褙漿糊降解產物生成,因此紅外線光譜圖特性吸收峰之相對吸收強度增加。

The main pourperse of this study is to investigate the durability of starch paste used for mending on paper- based artworks. To evaluate the durability of paste mounting paper by using starch paste from the National Palace Museum, Jade-White Xuan Paper was used to simulate drawing paper, Gampi Xuan Paper was used as mending paper. The following conclusion can be drawn: 1. Experimental results showed, the discoloration of paste coated papers were more than blank papers. The color differences of Gampi Xuan Paper reveals remarkably than Jade-White Xuan Paper. 2. The degradation trends of cellulose of UV light accelerate treated papers were distinct than that of wet heating or dry heating treated papers. 3. The degradation products of mounting pastes under UV light irradiated treament, can be detected by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer.
