國產造林木之開發與設計－相框設計個案研究

摘要

近年來，政府因應目前平地森林資源多目標永續利用策略，正努力推廣宣導並落實於生活環境之中，於是積極加強國產材生產及開發副產品利用策略，結合產、官、學等各相關單位進行創新開發之應用，以提高其附加價值與競爭力。本研究為提昇國產材有效開發利用，進行創新開發與設計，結合溪頭著名景觀文化轉換成設計元素，再以工業設計角度探討分析並提出創新設計的要點，為溪頭國產材開創新的契機與獨特紀念物設計新風貌。本研究係以實務創作驗證的方式得到以下三點結論，可作為日後以國產材設計應用研究之參考。（1）導入工業設計理念，讓相框產品可以拆解成單一構件進行量產化，相框零件及加工流程標準化是可行的，由零件搭配榫接結構可增加產品的強度與平衡性，並可縮小包裝面積，提供容易攜帶或外銷之途，實際增進其附加價值以提升國產林之利用開發與園區收益。（2）運用設計運思模式，由創意構想發展至草圖產出以及定案，此期間之交叉協同運作，是完成創新開發與設計必經過程，同時也為國產材產品設計樹立一良性的典範，供後人研究之參考。（3）以文化符碼理論將溪頭著名景觀－大學池作文化解碼與編碼並取得設計應用之元素，開發出新型態特色的相框作品，以顯現溪頭國產材之開發研究設計的獨特風格，達到造形差異化之精緻產品。

In recent years, the Taiwan government, in a bid to actively promote, campaign, and enforce its diverse, sustainable forestry utilization strategy, has been actively stepping up domestic wood production and optimizing its byproduct utilization strategy by combining the industry government, and academic sector to explore innovative development that would excel its added value and competitiveness. This study, aiming to excel an effective development and utilization of domestic wood, has sought innovative development and design by combining Shitou's famous landscape culture transformed into design elements, and integrating an industrial design approach to explore, analyze and present innovative design focus, which would help to explore a new opportunity in innovating Shitou's domestic wood and create a unique flare in souvenir design. This study has applied the practical creative validation method to drive the following three conclusions that serve to provide references in the research of domestic wood design applications. (1) Introducing the industrial design theory that allows the picture frame product to be taken apart into single components for mass production. With the standardization of picture frame parts and its processing flow being feasible, the hinging structure of the parts helps to improve the product's strength and balance, and enables a reduction in the packing bulkiness, offering convenient portability and export to bring tangible added value to contribute to the domestic wood's utilization development and the recreation park's income. (2) Adopting the design concept mode, spanning from creativity concept development to draft drawing generation to case finalization, elevates the value of the crossover coordinated implementation to be more than a necessary process in innovative development and design, but also helps to erect a positive yardstick in domestic wood product design, providing a reference base for future researchers. (3) Incorporating the Culture Codes Theory that instills Shitou's famous scenic attraction-the university , with cultural decode and encode, together with adding the applied design elements, in developing picture frame works with innovative features that would poise to show the unique design flare of Shitou's domestic wood, and foster distinctively stylish products of greater refinement.
