木質裝修材之塗裝與構造對聲音散射性能之影響

摘要


木質材料為永續與健康之室內裝修材,其聲學特性乃是室內聲場設計重要影響因子。室內表面良好的聲音散射性能有助聲音能量在空間分布的一致性,提升室內聲音環境品質。本研究於迴響室進行木質裝修材之隨機入射散射係數試驗分析,以木質桁條黏貼於合板作為試材,探討其不同表面塗裝與桁條形狀構造對聲音散射性能之影響。試驗結果顯示,所有試材在低頻均無法獲得良好散射效果,但塗裝與形狀構造變因則會對試材散射性能產生一定程度的影響,其中以桁條溝槽間距及深度影響較大。柳杉在表面塗裝NC後,其高頻之聲音散射值有明顯提升。試材桁條斷面形狀以方形桁條散射性能最佳;桁條溝槽間距與深度變化對試材散射係數會產生影響,增加桁條溝槽深度有效提升試材之散射性能。本研究結果將可作為室內聲學裝修材料設計之參考。

Wood based materials are sustainable and healthy materials for interior decorations. The acoustic property of the materials is one of the most important factors to interior acoustic design that the sound-scattering property of space surfaces will influence the sound quality of the indoor environment. This research analyzed the random-incidence scattering coefficients of wood based materials in a reverberation test room. The specimens were produced by plastering the parallel wood based sticks on the surface of plywood. According to the results, the sound-scattering performance of all specimens could not get good scattering effect at low-frequency range that sound scattering properties were dependent on the types of coating, shape, and structure of wood based materials. Furthermore, the distances and depths of sticks had significant effects on the scattering properties of the specimens. The sound-scattering performance after the finishing of Japanese cedar which was covered with coating NC became significant improvement at high frequency range. The best sound-scattering performance was with tetragon (or square) shape of sticks specimen. The final result indicated that increasing the depth of sticks could obviously improve sound-scattering performance. The regression analysis result also illustrated the significant correlation between the stick variations and sound-scattering performance of wood based materials. The sound scattering properties of wood based materials would provide a useful reference for the building acoustic design.
