藉由ITS(Internal transcribed spacer)和28S rDNA(28S ribosomal DNA)定序結果,與NCBI資料庫比對出擔子菌(Basidiomycota)共11科16屬,經兩者結果交叉比對,排除重複出現之菌株,資料庫鑑別相同菌株共有19株:Amyloporia sinuosa、Antrodia oleracea、An. wangii、Auriporia aurulenta、Ceriporia inflata、C. lacerata、Dacryobolus sudans、Fomitopsis ostreiformis、Gloeophyllum striatum、Hyphoderma praetermissum、Hyphodontia palmae、Marasmius haematocephalus、Peniophora cinerea、Perenniporia tephropora、Phanerochaete sordida、Ph. stereoides、Pycnoporellus alboluteus、Schizophyllum commune、Skeletocutis diluta。在ACQ-1(Ammoniacal copper quaternary)與CA(Copper azole)生長抑制試驗,ACQ-1培養基濃度約0.05%時,可達到IC_(50)(50% Inhibition concentration)抑制效果,CA則為0.005%;An. wangii 和Sk. diluta,C. lacerate和F. ostreiformis分別可承受較高ACQ-1與CA濃度。
The wood decay fungi were identified with molecular methodology by using the ITS (Internal transcribed spacer) region and 28S rDNA (28S ribosomal DNA). The nucleotide sequences were matched with the DNA sequence database of National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), we found Amyloporia sinuosa、Antrodia oleracea、An. wangii、 Auriporia aurulenta、Ceriporia inflata、C. lacerata、Dacryobolus sudans、Fomitopsis ostreiformis、Gloeophyllum striatum、 Hyphoderma praetermissum 、Hyphodontia palmae 、Marasmius haematocephalus 、Peniophora lycii 、Perenniporia tephropora、Phanerochaete sordida、Ph. stereoides、Pycnoporellus alboluteus、Schizophyllum commune and Skeletocutis diluta, with a total 16 genus 19 species. ACQ-1 (Ammoniacal copper quaternary) and CA (Copper azole) wood preservative were used to test the inhibitory effects of mycelial growth. The results show that four decay fungi, An. wangii、Sk. diluta、C. lacerate and F. ostreiformis, could accept higher concentration of ACQ-1 or CA preservative.
