市售Ampicillin和Amoxicillin膠囊製劑之效價測定
Investigation on Potency of Ampicillin and Amoxicillin Capsules
摘要
自台灣地區（包括台北市、高雄市及台灣省各縣市）於74年9月至11月抽購市售Ampicillin膠囊製劑225件，Amoxicillin膠囊製劑126件，分別以高效能液相層析(HPLC)法測定，其中效價介於90-120%者，Ampicillin製劑國產201件中有144件，佔71.64%；輸入24件中有23件，佔95.8%。Amoxicilin製劑國產112件中有86件，佔76.79%，輸入14件中有12件佔85.71%。

A total 225 cases of Ampicillin capsule and 126 cases of Amoxicillin capsule were sampled from Taiwan area in 1986. Through HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromafography) to detect the potency of all these samples, 144 in 201 cases (71.64%) of domestic Ampicillin capsules, 23 in 24 cases (95.8%) of imported Ampicillin capsule. 86 in 112 cases (76.79%) of domestic Amoxicillin capsules and 12 in 14 cases (85.71%) of imported Amoxicillin capsules were showed that these sampled capsules met the potency requirement of pharmacopeia regulations (90-120% of labeled potency).
