台灣東部地區過貓、山蘇、麵包果農藥殘留量調查
Investigation of Pesticide Residues in Vegetable Fern, Bird-nest Fern and Bread Fruit in Eastern Taiwan
摘要
為瞭解過貓、山蘇、麵包果三種蔬菜殘留農藥情形，於八十八年七月至八十九年七月間，分別在花蓮縣及台東縣傳統及超級市場進行抽樣，共計抽樣檢體一○六件，其中包括過貓四十六件、山蘇二十五件、麵包果三十五件。依行政院衛生署公告－食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－多重殘留分析法，進行Acephate等七十項農藥殘留檢驗。檢驗結果僅在二件過貓檢體中檢出益滅松(Phosmet)殘留農藥，濃度分別為0.25與0.55 ppm，均在衛生署公告殘留農藥安全容許量標準l.0 ppm以內，其餘一○四件檢體則均未檢出殘留農藥。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十九年八月二十二日發佈新聞在案。

In order to understand the pesticide residues in vegetable fern, bird-nest fern and bread fruit in Eastern Taiwan, a total of 106 samples included 46 samples of vegetable fern, 25 samples of bird-nest fern and 35 samples of bread fruit were collected from July 1999 to July 2000. These samples were analyzed by using a multiresidue method that included 70 items of pesticides. Results showed that only 2 samples of vegetable fern were detected with phosmet residues. The residues of phosmet of these 2 samples were at 0.25 and 0.55ppm, respectively. The rest of the 104 samples were not detected with pesticide residues.
