摘要

為了解市售防曬化粧品之品質，本局自民國八十八年七月至八十九年四月止，委由各縣市衛生局於便利超商、美容精品店、百貨公司、藥局（房）等處抽購檢體，為求抽樣完整，本局並於百貨公司化粧品量專櫃及化粧品量販店抽購，計取得檢體159件。檢驗結果，符合原廠規格者110件，不符合原廠規格者10件（國產8件，輸入2件），佔抽驗總件數之6.3%。不判定者39件（輸入28件，國產6件，未標國別5件），其中38件屬未依規定辦理查驗登記，l件屬外觀與原廠規格不符。產品之外盒包裝或容器標示不符規定者19件（輸入10件，國產4件，未標國別5件），佔抽驗總件數之11.9%。

The objective of this study is to ascertain the quality of sunscreen products. One hundred and fifty nine sunscreen products were purchased from supermarkets, cosmetic stores, departments and drug stores during July 1999 to April 2000.
The results indicated that the ingredients of 10 samples (6.3%) did not comply with their specifications; eight of them were domestic, one from U. S. A. and the other one from Germany. Thirty-eight samples contained sunscreen ingredients that did not have official license. Nineteen samples (11.9%) failed to meet the labeling regulation requirements.
