九十年度市售衛生套針孔試驗之品質調查
An Inspection on Pin-hole Testing of Condoms Distributed in Taiwan Market
摘要
本調查計畫於民國九十年七月至八月，委託台灣地區各縣市衛生局，至轄區之情趣商店、藥局(房)及便利商店抽驗市售衛生套檢體計105件，依據藥事法第七十五條及行政院衛生署八十二年九月二十日衛署藥字第八二六四二○三號公告，以中國國家標準CNS 6629「乳膠製衛生套」暨CNS 13245「乳膠製衛生套檢驗法」之規定進行針孔試驗、外觀檢查及包裝標示檢查。針孔試驗檢驗結果均合格，為本局自民國八十一年度以來，每年度進行市售衛生套品質調查首度無針孔試驗不合格之結果出現，顯示市售衛生套之品質已有改善；外觀檢查亦全部符合規定，而標示檢查部分則有73件不符合規定(69.5%)，分別為國產品17件檢體中1件不合規定(5.9%)，輸入產品88件檢體中72件不合規定(81.8%)。而與本局八十八年十月一日至八十九年十月三十一日間承辦之「衛生套應施進口及國內市場出廠檢驗」案件比對結果，其中33件(37.5%)檢體屬經應施進口檢驗，仍有24件標示不符合規定，比率達72.7%，顯示衛生套之標示尚有極大改善空間。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於九十年十二月五日發佈新聞在案。

In order to ascertain the quality of local distributed condoms, 105 samples were purchased from novelty stores, drugstores, and super markets from different counties and cities in Taiwan during the period from July to August 2001. The pin-hole tests were carried out following the methods listed in Chinese National Standard No. 13245. The results showed that all samples met the requirement mentioned above. This is the first time in the past ten years that no one sample failed the test. It means that the quality of condoms distributed in Taiwan market improved greatly.
