山坡地開發對逕流、入滲及泥砂產量影響之研究

摘要


由於台灣近年來工商業蓬勃發展,人口迅速增長並集中,都市及附近地區之平地利用幾乎已達飽和;爲了因應社會需求,山坡地開發已成必然之趨勢。然山坡地開發破壞了原有之自然平衡,將會爲其下游地區帶來災害。本文乃利用台中大坑地區之一山坡地,以實際開發之野外試驗,探討山坡地開發對下游地區之逕流量,入滲率及泥砂產量之影響;進而以理論推導爲防止下游災害而設置開口式滯洪壩之效果。

In recent years, because of the rapid economic and population growths, the urbanized areas enlarge quickly in Taiwan. To meet the marketing orientation of landuse change for urbanization, the slopeland development becomes a natural trend. But the slopeland development destroys the nature balance which brings the downstream hazards. According to the practical field experiment in a slope land at Da-Ken, Taichung, this article studies the influence of slopeland development on the surface runoff, infiltration rate and sediment yield. And then this paper finds the efficiency of opening type flood detention dam for preventing downstream hazards by theoretical derivation.
