滯留池節省容量及集中沉砂之設計方法探討

A Volume-Saving and Sediment-Concentrating Approach for Designing Detention Pond

摘要


本文提出一種滯留池構造改良之新設計方法,主要係於傳統滯留池中另外隔開出一較小容量之滯留池,並於隔牆底部設置有單向式閘門,利用該較小容量之滯留池於初期流入量開使時,卽能排放出較多之水量,而達到節省滯留池容量之目的,且其滯留地之最大排水量仍可不超過下游渠道之容許排放量或法令所現定之最大排放量。另外,為使流入量中挾帶之泥砂能大部份沉積於固定處,以方便集中清理,於流入量入口處設置沉砂池。本文中同時探討新方法之流出量水理模式,並配合流入量本文模式,以實例分別演算新方法與傳統方法於相同流入量之情況下,其滯留池容量與流出量,自結果得知其節省容量可達一半以上,是以本新方法有其實用價值。另外,本文中新方法滯留池之演算可直接計算求得,不像傳統方法必需以試誤法計算,其演算過程甚為迅速。

A new volume-saving approach, called the double detention pond system, for designing detention ponds is proposed and verified. The apporach adds an extra detention pond within the main detention pond, and a set of one-way gates at the bottom of the extra pond. The extra pond can release water at the early stage in a storm. As a result, a smaller detention pond, compared to a traditional one, is adequate to maintain the maximum outflow, not exceeding the permitted downstream discharge. Moreover, by constructing a sedimentation pond in the inlet, the sediment is trapped and can be removed easily. In this study, the required volumes of the double detention pond system and the traditional detention pond are compared, given the same inflow pattern. The results show that the proposed approach can save up to 50% of the volume. Furthermore, the volume of the detention pond designed with the new approach can be directly calculated. while the traditional approach requires trial-and-error procedures.
