Optimization of Water Supply System in Industrial Park-A Case Study on Conjunctive Use of Groundwater and Surface Water

工業區供水系統最佳化-地下水及地表水聯合使用例

摘要


Small scale water system planning with the possible interaction of groundwater and surface water sources was undertaken for the Dow-Lie Industrial Park, Taiwan. R. O. C.. A conceptual model of general conjunctive use of groundwater and surface water system for an industrial park was initially considered. Depending on the availability of data. the conceptual model was scaled down to a working model suitable for the study area. The working model was formulated in mathematical terms as a Linear Programming Model with the objective of minimizing the annual cost of operation and maintenance of water supply scheme. The decision variables of this model were the optimal quantities of surface water and groundwater to be used for supplying the study area every month. The results suggest that surface water must be utilized to the maximum possible extent and only the deficit between the monthly demand and the quantity of water supplied from surface sources should be supplied from groundwater.

在臺灣斗六工業區進行小區域供水系統規劃研究中,為了顧及地下水與地表水間可能交感作用,作者提出一個工業區用水考慮結合地下水及地表水水源系統之一般性概念模式。隨資料的可及性,概念模式落實為運作模式。本研究之運作模式在求水供應系統營運與維護之年成本為最低,故數學架構採線性規劃模式。模式中的決策變數是地下水及地表水之最佳月供應量。研究結果指出地表水必須優先使用,當月需求量有所不足時,才使用地下水。
