濱水區植生緩衝帶配置之研究

The Width and Placement of Riparian vegetated Buffer Strips

摘要


七家灣溪為國寶魚櫻花鉤吻鮭之棲地,溪岸農業非點源污染之防治極為重要。本研究係以七家灣溪為對象,由土層污染物含量之衰減,探討營養鹽在土層之傳輸潛勢,利用土壤與地形分析,推估溪岸濱水區適當之植生緩衝帶配置寬度,俾供集水區開發之參考。試區土壤之飽和水力傳導度極高,濱水區農地肥料大量使用,營養鹽類易隨降雨及灌溉水進入土體。溪岸濱水區植生緩衝帶寬度之配置係隨各類營養鹽在土層中之衰減率而異,所測定之營養鹽類中以鉀之移動性較大,以武陵農場蔬菜區土層中鉀之衰減率作為該區溪流緩衝帶寬度之推估,其配置寬度方能有效防止各類營養鹽在七家灣溪之污染。除了植生緩衝帶之配置外,集水區主要潛在污染源之農作區內,應落實耕地保育措施,避免非點源污染物之匯集,形成點源污染而危及溪流之生態環境。

It is very important to control the agricultural nonpoint source pollutants (ANSP) along the Chi Chia Wang Stream for protecting the habitat of land- locked salmon, which is one of the endangered species in Taiwan. This study is to estimate the suitable width of vegetated buffer strips to be placed in the riparian of the stream using topographic analysis and attenuation model. The stream is susceptible to pollution because of high-saturated bydraulic conductivity and excessive use of fertilizers in the nearby upland farms. The width of the buffer strip varies with the nutrient attenuation of soil layers. The estimated width of the buffer strip calculated from potassium attenuation in the vegetable plot is the widest due to easy movement of potassium in the soil. This width can be recommended for the maximum prevention of stream pollution by ANSP. In addition to the placement of riparian vegetated buffer strips (RVBS), implementation of on-field management practices should be considered in the slope farmlands to avoid forming point source pollution, which significantly spoil the riparian environment.
