檬果葉蟎之發生及其田間防治試驗

摘要

檬果葉蟎是危害檬果葉片的害蟎，經調查此蟎廣泛地分布在嘉義縣中埔、番路、義竹，臺南縣的楠西、玉井、南化、左鎮、新化、及官田等地，其中又以檬果的主要產地玉井及南化地區之族群密度最高，危害最嚴重。此蟎之族群密度常在2～6月及10～12月間出現明顯高峰。以25％新殺蟎乳劑1000倍、10％克凡派水懸劑2000倍、5％芬普蟎水懸劑2000倍及不施藥對照進行田間防治試驗，間隔7天連續施藥2次。分別於每次施藥前及施藥後第7、14、21及28天調查葉蟎之密度並計算其防治率。第1次施藥後7天，葉蟎密度分別為45.1、511.8、32.1、644.5隻/20葉，新殺蟎、克凡派及芬普蟎之防治率分別為87.8、0及94.5％。第2次施藥後7天及14天，葉蟎密度顯著下降，其中新殺蟎及芬普蟎之防治率均達98％以上。至第2次施藥後28天，新殺蟎及芬普蟎之防治率分別為76.6及98.1％，其密度與對照組間具顯著差異，但克凡派一直無法有效地防治檬果葉蟎，其密度仍居高，與對照組間無顯著差異。

Mango red spider mite, Oligonychus mangiferus, is the pest on leaves of mango. It is wild istributed in Jhungpu, Fanlu, Yijhu of Chiayi county, and Nansi, Yujing, Nanhua, Zoujhen, Sinhua and Guantian of Tainan county. The population is much higher and damage seriously especially in the major mango produce area, Nanhua, and Yujing. There was two peak of the population of mites during the year, from February to June, and October to December. We conduct the control study in the field, there were 4 treatments include 25% Bromopropylate EC 1000 times, 10% Chlorfenapyr SC 2000 times, 5% Fenpyroximate SC 2000 times and Check. Spray twice 7 days interval, and sampling the leaves on the mango tree to count the number of mites each spraying day before pray and 7, 14, 21, 28 days after respectively. After first apply the number of mites of each treatments, Bromopropylate, Chlorfenapyr, Fenpyroximate and Check, were 45.1, 511.8, 32.1, 644.5 / 20 leaves of each treatments respectively. The control rates of Bromopropylate, Chlorfenapyr, and Fenpyroximate were 87.8, 0 and 94.5%, respectively. The densities of mites dropped obviously on 7 days and 14 days after second spray, and the control rates of Bromopropylate and Fenpyroximate were above 98%. Otherwise, Chlorfenapyr could not effective to the mango red mite, the densities that still higher than check obviously. On the last survey of the study among those treatments beside Chlorfenapyr, the densities of mites on treatments of Bromopropylate and Fenpyroximate were significantly lower than check, the control rates were 76.6 and 98.1% respectively.
