溫度和GA3對芹菜種子發芽之影響

摘要

採用「千芳」、「西螺芹」及「黃心芹」等三個芹菜品種，予以不同溫度處理，進行種子發芽試驗。「千芳」及「西螺芹」兩個芹菜品種種子發芽最適溫為10℃至20℃，「黃心芹」發芽最適溫為10℃至25℃。10℃處理的種子其發芽遲緩，當發芽溫度達30℃時均不發芽。利用不同濃度的GA3溶液處理，「西螺芹」品種以GA3 1000 ppm最終發芽率達87.7％；「千芳」品種以GA3 1500 ppm處理，最終發芽率達82.3％；「黃心芹」品種以GA3 1500 ppm處理，最終發芽率為54.3％。因此以溫度20℃處理，對「千芳」、「西螺芹」及「黃心芹」等三個芹菜品種，均可獲得較高的種子發芽率。而以GA3處理供試之三個芹菜品種種子雖可提早發芽，但對發芽率之提升並無顯著作用。

These seeds of 'Chian fang', 'Shi luo chyn' and 'Hwang shin chyn' were germinated on various temperature. The results found that the optimal temperature of seed germination of 'Chian fang' and 'Shi luo chyn' were 10-20℃, but it of 'Hwang shin chyn' was 10-25℃, the seed germination in light appeared better FGP (final germination percentage) and shorter MGT (mean germination time) than these in dark. The seeds germinated in 10℃ appeared slow germination, but in 30℃ all seeds did not germination.The seeds of 'Shi luo chyn' pre-soaked with GA3 1000 ppm germinated appeared 87.7% of FGP, as well as the seeds of 'Chian fang' pre-soaked with GA3 1500 ppm germinated were 82.3 of FGP, , but the seeds of 'Hwang shin chyn' seeds pre-soaked with GA3 1500 ppm germinated were 54.3% of FGP.It were concluded that the seeds appeared good germination under 20℃; on the other hand, the seeds applied with GA3 had short germination time, but had not different in seed germination rate.
