本研究之主要目的在探討資訊技術的使用與價值觀之關係;其次也是想瞭解個人背景變項、知覺的組織價值觀、以及組織價值觀差距對組織承諾的影響。 本研究之有效樣本為國內16家民營企業之225位員工。問卷內容包含「組織價值觀量表」、「組織承諾量表」、以及「個人背景資料問卷」等三部份。本研究結果顯示: (一)「受測者本人對九項組織價值觀的重視程度」(即「期望的價值觀量表」)顯著地高於「受測者知覺到其任職公司對這修組織價值觀的重視程度」(即「知覺的組織價值觀」)。 (二)員工之「期望的組織價值觀」與「知覺的組織價值觀」差距愈小,則期對公司的認同與投入愈高,離職意願愈低。 (三)資訊技術使用程度上不同之公司的員工分別在「知覺的組織價值觀」及「期望的組織價值觀」的許多向度上有顯著差異存在。 (四)「資訊技術使用程度高之公司的員工」對其公司的認同與投入程度顯著地高於「資訊技術使用程度低之公司的員工」。 (五)對組織承諾之預測力以「知覺的組織價值觀」為最高。
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships between information technohogy and organizational value congruency. In addition, the effects of organizational values and employee-organization valur congruency value congruencyon employees' commitment to the organization will also be explored. In this study, Organizational Value Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale were administered to 225 employees from 16 private companies in Taiwan. The results showed that: (1)There were significant differences between employees’ perceived organizational values and expected organizational values. In addition, the lower the degree of difference between these two types of values, the higher the employees’ commitment to their organization; (2)The use of information technology did have significant effects on some dimensions of organizational values; (3)The higher the degree of usage of information technology, the higher the employees’ involvement in and identification with their organizations; (4)Among those predicors of organizational commitment, employees' perceived organizational values had the highest predictive power.
