摘要

為提高葉菜類捆紮結束之效率，經兩年的研究，並參考各種捆紮原理、構想及設計試造完觸動式葉菜類結束機之初型機，再經多次捆紮結束之測試，並針對測試時所發現的缺點加以修改，於1995年正式完成成型機之研製，為考慮葉菜捆紮結束時，機件故障排除之方便性及捆紮之鬆緊度，又在1996年增設一按鈕式捆紮夾頭移動微調開關，經改良之機械作業效果令人滿意，準備商品化生產及示範。

A prototype binding machine was designed and constructed to evaluate the binding characteristics for leafy vegetables. After a series of binding tests and remodifications, a complete leafy vegetables binding machine was finally developed in 1995. In order to make the machine more favorable for binding operation, a micro-switch button was installed to the binder to become a touch-type binder in 1996. The efficiency was quite satisfied and ready to demonstration and production.
