市民農園承租者體驗農業行為之研究

A Study on the Agricultural Behavior of Lessees in Civil Garden

摘要

本研究以龜山鄉市民農園承租者為對象進行其體驗農業行為之調查研究，從47.97%有效回卷中發現：承租者職業涵括各行各業，其中以工、商業人士居多各佔20.33%。承租者之市民農園出租訊息以來自親友告知（44.07%）及地方電視報紙報導（33.90%）為最多，決定申請承租之主要動機前三項依序為：體驗農業享受農耕樂趣、當作勞動健身、吃自己種的菜最安心。承租小小園地內少者種植六、七種蔬果、花卉，多者達十餘種，其栽培管理資訊74.58%來自園區內的園友們，然而81.36%是自主性的決定其農園種植的作物種類。有45.76%近半數的人每天到農園一次以上，但也有23.73%的人周末才去。夫妻對農園熱衷程度上，承租農園之初，以夫妻同心（38.98%）及太太（32.20%）稍高，承租迄今則以夫妻同心之49.15%為最高，顯示承租農園有益建立夫妻共同喜好與增進歡樂時光，且有84.75%的人曾偕家人及邀親友前往農園共同分享。承租農園以來獲致最大的收穫依序是：無農耕經驗承租者有97.56%享受到作物成長的喜悅；曾有農耕經驗者有94.44%再次體驗到農耕樂趣；其次是吃到自己種的安心農產品；在適當勞動下獲得了健康；更可喜的是在園區內認識好多新朋友共渡快樂時光。對目前農園規劃坵塊面積及租金額度，一般認為合適，但也有30.51%認為面積太小，希望能擴大坵塊面積或允許在自己承租田區內搭建貯置農器具小屋。最後問到當租約期滿續約意願時，有86.44%決定會續租，顯示對市民農園貢獻與成功的肯定。

The objective of this study is aimed to understand the agricultural behavior from the lessees of Kwei-shan civil garden. Based on the 47.7% of returned questionares found that the occupation of lessees included in various fields. Among lessees engaged in industry and business gave the highest percentage of 20.33%. The sources of information provided to rent the garden were mostly informed by the relatives (44.07%), TV and local newspaper report (33.90%). To enjoy the cultivation of the farm, as exercise for body health and supply the safety vegetable by self-cultivation were the three major reasons that motivated citizens to rent the garden. There were at least 6-7 kinds of vegetables and flowers or even more than 10 kinds of crops were grown in this civil garden. There were 74.58% of lessees obtained the management of crop cultural method from discussion among each others. While 81.36% decided to grow crop by oneself. There were 45.76% of lessees attained to the farm once a day, but 23.73% of lessees attained to the garden once a week at week-end. The highest percentage of 49.15% of couples went together to manage the garden indicated that civil garden could establish as bridge for construction the sentiment and increase to enjoy the entertainment of couples. There were 84.75% of lessees went to the garden together with family members and 91.53% of lessees invited their relatives to visit the garden to give an entertainment out of door. In addition to, some advantages were also found from lessees: There were 97.56% of lessees enjoy the happiness of harvesting crops, 94.4% of lessees join again to grow crop for understanding of enjoying of cultivation crops, to produce the safety products by oneself, benefit to health body due to proper work and enjoy to make acquaintance with new friends. So far, most of the lessees considered that the garden size and rent fee were reasonable. But there were 30.51% of lessees considered the garden size too small and suggested to enlarge the size meanwhile to build a house benefit to keep farming tools. There were 86.44% of lessees to be continued to rent garden at the end of contract. Results confirmed that the government executed the civil garden plan was very successful.
