草莓採摘乘坐車之研製

Development of Riding Transporter for Strawberry Picking

摘要


為減輕農友採摘草苺之辛勞及減少果體受傷,提高草苺品質,本研究採用輕質鋁材做車架及輕型腳踏車輪為行走輪,並在左右兩側設有果籃架,製成以坐姿採摘兼搬運的草苺採摘乘坐車,供採摘作業之用。在採摘同時進行分級,減少草苺因再次分級而損傷。經初步測試結果,採摘包括分級速度可提高20%,採摘舒適度大為改善,並可減少草苺再次分級的損傷。該車重量僅18kg,但可乘載100kg的重量,具有堅固性高,行走阻力小等優點,且設有晴雨棚,很適合在雨天及烈日下使用。

To relieve the hard working of farmers and to upgrade the quality of strawberry, the skeleton of the riding transporter was made by aluminum material and equipped with three bicycle tires for moving in this research. To decrease the damage of re-grading the strawberry, each side of the skeleton was equipped with fruit transporting baskets for strawberry picking and sorting. The initial experiment showed the performance was 20% up compared to traditional strawberry picking for this riding transporter.The total weight of this riding transporter was 18 kg and the skeleton was so hard that this riding transporter could load 100 kg and the resistant force was small and the sunny and rainy shade was also implemented. It is suited for working in sunny or rainy day.
