摘要

本研究為瞭解台灣地區野生種山藥種內之變異，調查植株外表性狀之差異，藉由收集系間之相似係數及分群分析之結果，探討其種內的變異情形。由植株外表性狀變異顯示基隆野山藥（D. pseudojaponica）各族群內有變異，而族群間雖有部份重疊，但以宜蘭族群與臺北族群間差異較大。野生種戟葉山藥（D. doryphora）在整個恒春半島兩族群間未呈明顯分化現象，族群內收集系間有遺傳變異。因此兩個野生種具有變異之種質，將來搜集種源保存，應注意族群大小，而在選拔上有相當大之範圍。

This study was to elucidate the intra-species variation of wild yam in Taiwan. A clusters analysis based on 30 morphological characteristics grouped the 39 accessions into 3 main clusters. The results also indicated that significant difference of morphological characteristics of wild yam D. pseudojaponica were detected between Ilan population and Taipei population. Genetic variation were detected among the clones of D. pseudojaponica in local population and the clones of D. doryphora in Hengchuen peninsula.
