摘要


本研究使用核醫胃排空檢查來評估正常中國人的胃蠕動情形。共 53 位健康志願者分成兩組:第一組包括 20 位男性及 8 位女性(年齡: 17-73 歲)接受 50Oml 的生理食鹽水內含 500 uCi T-99m Phytate ,第二組包括 19 位男性及 6 位女性(年齡: 27-73 歲)接受 500ml5 %的葡萄糖水( 259 glucose , looKcal )內含 500 uci Tc-99m phytate 。所有受檢者均採平躺姿勢,閃爍造影機位於左前方,共收集 30 分鐘之資料。胃排空時問以一半食物排出胃部之 Tl / 2 來表示。結果發現第一組之 Tl / 2 為 20 . 5±7.2 分鐘,第二組之 Tl / 2 為 35.3±11.7 分鐘。我們結論是含有較高卡路里之液態食物其胃排空速率較'慢。

Radionucide gastric emptying studies of liquid phases were used to evaluate the gastric motility of healthy Chinese. A total of 53 normal volunteers were included in this study and divided into two groups. Group 1, included 20 males and 8 females (ages: 17- 73) who received a meal which consisted of 500ml normal saline containing 500 uCi of Tc-99m phytate. Group 2, included 19 males and 6 females (ages: 27-73) who received a meal which consisted of 500m1 5% glucose solution (25g glucose, looKcaI) labeled with 500 uCi Tc-99m phytate. Studies were performed with the subjects in the supine position and a gamma camera in a left anterior oblique (LAO) position, while data were collected for 30 minutes after injection of the liquid meal. The gastric emptying time was presented as the half-time (T1/2) for the food to empty from the stomach. The study results showed that the T1/2 was 20.5±7.2 mm in Group 1 and 35.3±11.7 mm in Group 2. We conclude that gastric emptying is slower for a liquid meal with a higher caloric content.
