摘要

疤痕子宮內膜異位瘤很少見，在整形外科的文獻上只有一例正式的報告，我們經驗一例剖腹生產後，在腹部疤痕長出子宮內膜異位瘤，典型的症狀為疼痛的疤痕腫瘤，在月經期會脹大，而且更加痛。引發的原因一般認為是在手術中，子宮內膜細胞異位著床於傷口中。治療仍以手術切除為最好的選擇。整形外科醫師應謹記這項軟組織腫瘤的可能性，特別是同時進行子宮切除及腹部整形術的患者。

Scar endometriosis remains quite rare and there is only one case report in the literature of plastic surgery. We present a case of endometrioma appearing on the cesarean section scar. The classic symptom was a painful scar that became swollen and more tender during menstruation. The cause of surgical scar endometrosis is believed to be iatrogenic transplantation of endometrium to the surgical wound. Surgical excision remains the treatment of choice. This entity must be kept in mind by plastic surgeons evaluating patients who present with soft-tissue masses of the abdominal wall in the setting of previous combined hysterectomy and abdominoplasty.
