A General Material Removal Model for Multi-infeed Internal Plunge Grinding by Using Power Signal

基于功率信號的切入式內圓磨削材料去除率通用理論模型研究

摘要


本文基于磨削機理研究,通過在線監測砂輪磨削主軸功率信號建立磨削材料去除率通用模型,與以往磨削去除率模型研究相比,該通用磨削去除率模型綜合考慮了前面每次進給階段的系統殘余彈性變形量累積問題,提高了該理論模型預測的准確性。該通用理論模型可有效預測切入式內圓磨削加工過程,及應用于磨削加工過程監測和控制。最後,通過磨削實驗驗證了上述通用理論模型的有效性。

In order to monitor grinding accurately and efficiently, the paper deals with simulation of the multi-infeed internal plunge grinding processes and presents a general material removal model. The power signals of spindle motor that occur during the plunge grinding are obtained to build the grinding power signal model (GPSM) for this multi-infeed internal plunge grinding processes. The proposed model could be effectively used to monitor and control the whole internal plunge grinding processes. At last, the results of the experiments confirm the validity of the general model.
