摘要

邊緣性人格異常病患之特徵常是情緒極度不穩定、高度自傷行爲、及分化工作人員等行爲，常造成臨床護理人員照護上之不確定感、衝突感、受創感以及努力想要瞭解病患所造成之職業壓力。
本篇將綜觀邊緣性人格異常之特性、診斷及治療情形、與臨床護理人員所面對之困擾、護理診斷與學理依據，最後介紹臨床護理活動，如支持性醫療團隊、成員凝聚力、適當的在職教育及持續的督導等，藉以提供護理人員參考。

The characteristics of patients with borderline personality disorder (GPO) are unstable mood, frequent self-destructive behavior, and splitting in the staff team. Therefore, the nurses who care for the GPO patients suffered from the occupational stress and the experiences as: struggling to make sense of patient's experience and being traumatized. This paper reviews the literature about the characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of GPO, nursing diagnosis, rationale, and nursing action which need the support of cohesive, supportive teams with comprehensive models of care in place, and adequate education and ongoing supervision.
