建立病房心肺復甦術訓練標準及其成效評值

To Establish the Standard of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Program and Evaluate the Effect

摘要


本專案係應用全面品質管理的概念,藉全體參與、分工合作及過程改善的方法,建立病房CPR訓練標準。實施方法包括:1.針對病房實施CPR訓練標準不一致的問題制定CPR訓練標準,即:訓練次數之現範及訓練內容、評值方式、訓練設備、訓練記錄等標準之建立。2.對於各病房自行實施CPR訓練過程耗時之問題,則由督導長策劃其所屬的五個單位統籌運用人力,集中辦理CPR訓練。3.以滿意度問卷調查方法評值實施成效。結果顯示完成訓練之87位護理人員對。在訓練之滿意度增加,在訓練所花費的時間成本上平均每人減少28.01分鐘,全體共節省40.61小時,約節省護理人力成本17056元,且訓練皆依所規範的標準執行。本專案所建立之訓練標準,已例爲督導長所屬單位年度辦理CPR訓練之依據,並將此訓練經驗提出建議,作爲護理教育及行政者推行CPR訓練之參考。

This project was carried out in 1998 and adopted the concept of Total Quality Management which improved the process of CPR training and was involved with the first line nursing staff in a team work. The methods included: 1. To establish the standard of CPR training program which included the contents of the training program, the number of training sessions to be held each year, the evaluation method, the equipment used and the format of the training record. 2. The author held the CPR training in the five supervised wards at the same time for time saving 3. Evaluate the effect of this project by a satisfactory survey. The training process was applied completely according to the standard. The results showed that 87 trained nurses in this project felt satisfied with CPR training and time spent on CPR training was saved by 28.01 minutes in each nurse, 40.61 hours in total. NTS 17,056 was saved on the cost of manpower. The training model has been used for 3 years as a guideline for annual CPR training in the 5 wards. The authors suggest that nursing educators and nursing administrators can use it as a standard model to guide CPR training program.
