摘要

本研究之目的爲探討獨居老年人的自我照顧需求。採質性研究法，以深入訪談的方式收集資料。共訪談12位獨居老人，以內容分析法進行分析。研究結果發現獨居老年人的自我照顧需求可歸爲六個主題，包括病痛處理障礙、居家日常生活事務處理受制、經濟來源短缺、情緒困擾、家庭支持系統失衡和與外界隔離。研究成果可作爲規劃一系統性及持續性照顧服務措施之參考。

The purpose of this qualitative study is to explore self-care needs of the elderly living alone. In-depth interviews were used to collect data from twelve elders. Content analysis was used to analyze data. The results showed that self-care needs of the elderly living alone could be classified into six themes, including illness management impediment, managing constraint in daily living housework, economic resource insufficiency, emotional disturbance, family support system imbalance, and isolation from the outside. The findings of this study can provide implications for planning systematic and continuous care services.
