摘要

本文探討一位注射鴉片類海洛因毒品引發非心因性急性肺水腫導致呼吸衰竭，需緊急行急救處置之危急個案。在急診室全期照顧期間，除提供急性期的緊急處置外，並依Gordon十一項功能性健康型態對個案進行整體性評估，確定下列健康問題有：現存性損傷、氣體交換障礙、現存性感染、焦慮等。筆者在護理過程中，從面對家屬的擔心、疑慮，透過加護單位的嚴密監測，整合各醫療團隊，提供完善護理活動後，終獲得信任，從而納入家屬支持系統，共同協助個案渡過此危機。

This article discusses a case of non-cardiogenic acute pulmonary edema related to intravenous heroin overdose during emergency resuscitation while this case stayed in the emergency department and emergency ICU. Author assessed the case using Gordon's functional evaluation. The result showed this case ran high risk of injury, gas exchange, high risk of infection and anxiety. From the beginning of nursing care process, the author helped the case and his family to overcome the stress of illness. In the end the author earned the trust and planned the home care for the future.
