某醫學中心實施護理創意制度成效之探討

摘要

本研究目的在探討護理創意作品之類別、臨床使用效益及護理人員對創意制度的感受度。研究對象為民國86年至95年期間有創意作品發表之護理人員。研究工具包括護理創意作品應用調查表及護理人員對創意制度之感受度問卷表。共發出114份問卷，有效問卷72份(63.2%)。結果顯示創意作品以照護輔具類最多共25件(34.7%)，以口頭、海報或期刊發表共23件(31.9%)；創意作品進行臨床研究共6件(8.3%)，獲專利通過1件(1.4%)；另創意作品之原創單位仍繼續使用有58件(80.6%)；創意作品在臨床使用效益方面：能節省人力有26件(36.1%)、節省成本29件(40.3%)。護理創意作者對護理部創意制度之感受度，平均得分為3.63分，介於經常感受到與偶爾感受到之間，以「激勵措施」之得分最高(3.69分)，「參與決策」最低(3.56分)。此結果可提供未來創意制度推展之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the sorts of innovations along with their applicability, and nurses' perception of the nursing innovation system. Nurses who had produced or published any innovations during 1997 and 2006 were enrolled into the study. A total of 114 questionnaires were mailed, of which 72(63.2%) were valid for use. The results showed that 25 innovations (34.7%) of medical equipment or commodities, 23 (31.9%) were released by oral presentation, posters or publication, 6(8.3%) were carried into clinical trials, and 1 (1.4%) got patented. Among them, 58(80.6%) were still kept in use by the initiators. Clinical efficacy was accountable in 26 (36.1%) to save manpower, and in 29 (40.3%) to curb cost. The mean scores for nurses’ perception of the nursing innovation system were 3.63. Awarding system was the most favored (3.69), and the chance to participate in policy making was the least favored (3.56). These results may direct us to more optimal policy decision making in the future.
