照顧一位胃癌復發合併腸阻塞病人之護理經驗

摘要

本文係探討一位胃癌復發合併腸阻塞之個案，因腫瘤復發的壓力，及疾病引起的便秘、噁心、嘔吐及疼痛等極度不適的生理症狀，而出現焦慮、沮喪及不知如何是好情緒反應的護理經驗。護理期間筆者運用Gordon 11項健康功能評估，確立個案有1.焦慮，2.潛在危險性損傷，3.營養改變－少於身體需要，4.身體心像紊亂等4項健康問題。筆者首先處理個案生理不適之症狀，並在化學治療過程中，擬定適當之保護措施，並不斷澄清個案對化學治療之疑慮，使個案能順利完成治療過程。

The patient was hospitalized due to constipation, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. For fear of recurrence, the patient was anxious and depressed. By using Gordon's Health Function Evaluation Methods, we identified the following health problems: 1. Anxiety; 2. Potentially Dangerous Injury; 3. Altered Nutrition: lower than body requirements; 4. Body Image Disturbance. The symptoms were relieved by providing basic needs and keeping the patient comfortable. All problems encountered during hospitalization were resolved. Therefore, the quality of chemotherapy and feelings of the patient can be improved by providing the best nursing care and psychological support.
