Nursing Manpower, Patients' Safety and Nursing Quality

This article details the relationship among nursing manpower, patient safety and nursing quality. For patients' safety, the government, health care institutions, society and patients should take the responsibility together. The government should allocate sufficient manpower and disposition. Health care institutions must create a culture of safety and matching healthcare needs with service delivery capability, leading to nursing quality which achieves needs to safeguard patients' safety.
