婦癌病人參與支持團體分享之經驗

To Explore the Experience of the Supportive-Expressive Group on Gynecological Cancer Patients

摘要

婦女罹患癌症對生活、家庭與社會各方面造成極大的衝擊，醫護人員瞭解婦女罹患癌症後的生病經驗方能提供最優質的照護，本研究在北部某醫學中心組成婦癌支持團體，應用焦點團體訪談法，瞭解婦癌病人參與支持團體的體驗與收獲。於2009年9月23日至2009年11月30日期間，舉行10次焦點團體訪談，共收案21人，所收集到的資料，再運用內容分析法，萃取資料中所隱含的意義與內涵，研究結果歸納出兩大主題為：（一）開拓智慧及心情抒發平台，包括：苦難的分享與生命影響生命；（二）提升正向心靈能量，包括：改變從心開始與看見豐富的生命，感受重生。藉由瞭解婦癌病人參與團體的重要經驗體會，護理人員在臨床照護中必須重視其經驗內涵，以提供高品質的照護。

Women with gynecological cancer experienced great impacts to their lives, families, societies and psychological/spiritual domains. The aim of this study was to gain insight from their cancer experiences in order to provide better nursing quality. The study was carried out in a medical center in northern Taiwan by forming a gynecological cancer support group and collecting experiences shared during discussion in the focus groups. During the study period from September 23 to November 23, 2009, we visited the focus group ten times and 21 patients' experiences were gathered. The data were collected and analyzed using content analysis to extract meaningful implications. Overall, the study suggested two major themes: (1) developing a wise platform to share agony and life influence and (2) promoting positive mind-changing attitude towards life.The patients' experiences learned from these focus groups can help nursing care workers provide holistic care.
