摘要

初為人父母者在照護新生兒時常因無經驗與足夠的知識技能而感到挫折與擔心，希望在住院期間能學習新生兒照護，故本院積極推動親子同室，而親子同室的照護安全是第一重要課題，故制定本專案為「提升親子同室照護安全」。專案實施期間為2008年6月至12月，小組成員藉由30份親子同室安全照護之滿意度問卷調查，結果滿意度為42%，再依80/20法則取6項作現況分析、文獻查證和決策矩陣，共決議6個方案：1.病房單一出入口管理；2.製作病房門口親子同室掛牌；3.製作大小合宜的床欄枕；4.增加親子同室照護人力；5.修定標準化親子同室照護作業、安全照護作業流程；6.修訂親子同室衛教內容等進行專案改善，經由方案之落實執行，親子同室照護安全滿意度提升至81%，顯示此專案確實可以提升母嬰之照護品質與安全。

Newly parents often encounter frustration and apprehension when taking care of newborns due to inexperience and lack of basic care knowledge. Nurses often need to intervene in order for parents to build confidence in taking care of their newborns. The goal of this project was to promote newborns safety when performing rooming-in. The implementation period of this project was from June to December 2008. The parents satisfaction survey score was 42% before the project. According to the 80/20 rule, a total of six resolution plans were implemented after current situation analysis, literature review, and decision-making process. The six resolution plans are: 1. Single access management to the unit; 2. Designed rooming-in sings for rooming-in rooms; 3. Making suitable size bed rail pillows; 4. Increasing staff members with rooming-in mothers; 5. Revision of rooming-in protocol; 6. Revision of rooming-in patient education content. The satisfaction survey score increased to 81% after the implementation of the project. Therefore, the project is effective in improving newborn safety and provides quality care with rooming-in mothers.
