本研究目的在探討護理人員病人跌倒線上通報之正確率。病人跌倒異常通報表含括五部分,跌倒者屬性、跌倒發生因素、事件資料、通報者屬性及事件評估。採橫斷式立意取樣方式,收集期間為2012年1月30日至2012年3月7日,共收集跌倒異常通報表39份,研究樣本含括19個病房別及36位護理人員。以訪視員的評值結果為指標,正確率以百分率進行統計分析,結果顯示通報表五部分的平均正確率分別為78.5%、92.3%、84.1%、88.5% 及82.1%,整體正確率85.1%,分析後發現有兩類題項造成正確率偏低:第一類為名詞定義未統一;第二類為容易漏填的題項。期望在推動醫療系統電子化同時也提升護理資訊系統的正確性。
The purpose of this research is to understand the ward nurses at online reporting of the correct rate of patient falls. The falls abnormality statements have five parts: the attributes of the people who fell, fall factors, event data, attributes of the informer and event assessment. Sample groups were collected from 30 January through 7 March in 2012 by cross-sectional purposive sampling. 39 parts of the falls abnormality statements were collected, and the study sample included ward of 19 and 36 nurses. Indicators were used to evaluate the results of the interviewers, and the correct rate percentage for statistical analysis. The results showed that the average accuracy rate for five parts of the statements were 78.5%, 92.3%, 84.1%, 88.5% and 82.1%. The overall correct rate was 85.3%. The analysis related two types of items resulting in a low correct rate: First category was that the noun definition being not unified; second category was the items that were easily missing. We expect to promote medical system electronic, at the same time enhancing the correctness of the nursing information system.
