摘要

思覺失調個案住院歷程中多負面想法，常不易因應，本文個案為罹病十多年之日間病房病人，護理師照護為期一個月，運用心智繪圖方式評估，發現個案之主要健康問題為低自尊，護理過程中完成四幅繪圖，引導個案自我瞭解，認識周圍環境的豐富性，強化正面思維與手足相處之因應策略，藉由發覺自我優點，探索個人正向經驗，進而深入瞭解負向感受歷程，並與其討論曾經使用之因應方式，以重建個人生活經驗，提升自信。

The patient with schizophrenia in this case has been hospitalized in a day-care ward for more than 10 years and has persistent negative thinking. Mind mapping was used to determine that the patient's primary health problem was low self-esteem and a 1-month intervention was administered using four graphics. The graphics were used to guide the patient through an in-depth personal experience to achieve self-understanding, a comprehension of the richness of the surrounding environment, and positive thinking, which helped the patient cope with feelings of inadequacy caused by the patient's high-achieving siblings. In addition, the patient was able to explore positive and negative feelings. This case study demonstrates a method of effectively addressing patients' problems, increasing patients' self-confidence, and reorganizing patients' life experiences.
