宗教研修學院立案的討論－以神學院為例－

摘要

台灣有些神學院學術水準甚高，但因延續民國初年的宗教政策，教育部不認可這些宗教研修學院頒發的學位證書。為了因應陳總統的政策，政府部門最近修改法令，開始要開放這些辦學績效良好的研修學院申請納入大學教育體系，但是他們聽到消息後，馬上宣布對欲個法案存有疑義，所以不會提出申請。本文檢討這個宗教政策，並試著提出一套解決研修學院特殊需要的方案。

Some theological seminaries in Taiwan are academically prestigious. But due to the government’s religion policy, the degrees issued by the schools are unaccredited by the Ministry of Education. However, the Taiwan President elected in 2000 made a new policy and the Ministry began to consider the necessity of accrediting the degrees. Unfortunately, the accreditation is not welcomed by the seminaries. They are worried that such a policy would infringe upon the sovereignty of the schools. In this paper, I examine the accreditation policy and try to find a solution that fits the specific need of the seminaries.
