Challenge 2008: The Strategies and Objectives of e-Generation Manpower Cultivation

摘要


為因應二十一世紀資訊、全球化、本土化與終身學習的需要,行政院提出「挑戰二○○八:國家發展重點計畫」,爲國家施政與發展的基本南針。其中,「e世代人才培育計畫」是最基礎的建設。此一計畫包含:營造國際化生活環境,提升全民英語能力;建構全民網路學習系統,活力青少年養成;建立e世代終身學習社會環境。至其願景則在期望培育具國際溝通與參與、資訊創新與應用、展現活力與團隊精神,及終身學習之態度與知能的e世代國民。

To meet the continual demands of information and the needs of globalization, localization, and lifelong learning, the Executive Yuan proposed the ”Challenge 2008-National Development Plan”. It's the major guideline for the national administration and development whose foundation is the ”e-Generation Manpower Cultivation Plan”. The plan includes developing an internationalized living environment and enhancing people's English proficiency, setting up a system of online education for all the people, enlivening youth education, and establishing a social environment for lifelong learning for the c-generation. The objectives of the plan are to cultivate the c-generation manpower with good informatics, English, and creative skills, cooperative spirits, and the attitude of lifelong learning as well.
