應用數位科技建構電子化單一窗口服務:電子閘門建置分析模式

A Holistic Analytic Model of Electronic Gateway for Developing a Web-based One Stop Government

摘要


提供顧客導向之網路化服務是各國政府在數位科技發展現階段必需面對的一項重要課題。然而一個全新時代的來臨,必定伴隨著諸多亟待克服的困境。有鑑於此,本文乃針對網路化政府服務居關鍵角色的服務整合機制建立,亦即電子化單一窗口議題,提出現況分析與遭遇的挑戰。其次,我們再針對電子化單一窗口之資訊分享機制建置議題,彙整介紹Prado等三位學者於2002年發展之電子閘門建置分析模式,以提供實務推動者之參考。

Provision of customer-oriented online services has become an important issue to public sector in current development of ICTs and internet. As we know, the advent of a new age is always along with a great deal of dilemmas. In view of this, we discuss two issues in this article: (1) the current status and the challenges in promoting one stop government; (2) the introduction of an analytic model for opening electronic gateways, which was developed by Prado and his colleages in 2002..
