亞洲國家風險管理發展芻議：淺談新加坡、英國之推動經驗
Development of Risk Management in Asia-The Briefing of the Experiences in Singapore and the United Kingdom
並列摘要
This article describes the philosophy and culture of risk in Asia at first. Furthermore, it introduces the holistic and generic concept of risk management, including some key risk approaches and techniques in Singapore and the United Kingdom. At last, we hope that this article can lead to public and private organizations wide resilience and preparedness.
