政府e化十年的回顧與展望

摘要

我國電子化政府的推動，自民國85年行政院參與網際網路世界博覽會開始，其間歷經「電子化／網路化政府中程推動計畫」、「電子化政府推動方案(90~93)」及「數位台彎(e-Taiwan)計畫－e化政府」等3個電子化政府計畫，迄今已屆10年，本文依據相關發展歷程，分別從初期的電子化政府基礎建置，以及之後的電子化政府服務整合與創新，簡要記述這10年來我國電子化政府相關重要發展情形，並提出檢討供後續工作參考。

Since the participation in the Internet world Exposition in 1996, Taiwan's e-government has been developing for ten years, with three e-government programs implemented one after another, including Electronic/Network Government Midterm Action Plan, Electronic Government Program, and thee-Government Project under an E-Taiwan Program. Starting from the early development stage of e-government infrastructure, then followed with the development of services integration and innovation, this article briefly introduces the Status of Taiwan's e-government development in the last ten years. It also makes some recommendations for the future development of e-government.
