This study investigates how supportive organizational climate affecting training transfer behavior through direct and indirect effects. The result of the research verifies that supportive organizational climate has direct effect on training transfer intention. Moreover, it also has indirect effect on training transfer behavior through individual learning motivation and satisfaction about training. From the result of LISREL model, training satisfaction has the most influence on training transfer behavior. Training motivation has indirect effect on training transfer behavior through training satisfaction. It doesn't have direct influence on training transfer behavior.
