支持性組織氣候對訓練移轉的直接效果與間接效果之差異性探討

The Difference between Direct and Indirect Effects of Supportive Organizational Climate on Training Transfer Behavior

摘要


本文探討支持性組織氣候對於訓練移轉行為的影響,包括直接影響與間接影響效果。研究結果不僅證實了支持性組織氣候對訓練移轉行為有直接影響效果;而支持性組織氣候更顯著的透過受訓動機與訓練滿意度間接影響訓練移轉行為。另由LISREL之整體模式來看,訓練滿意度對訓練移轉行為的影響最為顯著;訓練前的受訓動機並無法直接影響訓練移行為,必須透過對訓練課程的滿意以影響訓練移轉的行為。

This study investigates how supportive organizational climate affecting training transfer behavior through direct and indirect effects. The result of the research verifies that supportive organizational climate has direct effect on training transfer intention. Moreover, it also has indirect effect on training transfer behavior through individual learning motivation and satisfaction about training. From the result of LISREL model, training satisfaction has the most influence on training transfer behavior. Training motivation has indirect effect on training transfer behavior through training satisfaction. It doesn't have direct influence on training transfer behavior.
