爲探討臺灣蚜繭蜂之系統,文中採用了24種特徵,每種特徵依推測之祖先形質與子孫形質分別定爲0與l兩象,並配合S(下標 ok)×n與SCD之分析,再以S(下標 ok)×n與SCD之值,利用UPGMA聚類方法,將臺灣蚜繭蜂屬之系統以分歧圖表示出來。以r(下標 cs)之值而言,S(下標 ok)×n之分析(r(下標 cs)=09036)優於SCD之分析(r(下標 cs)=0.7987)。但因文中尚未採用胚胎學與解剖學等徵,因此本文提出之分歧圖似尚可改良。
To find the systematic relationship of the 19 genera and subgenera of the Aphidiidae of Taiwan, using 24 characters, each coded 0 and 1 according to presumed plesiomorphism and apomorphism, respectively, are put in analysis. Proximity analysis by means of SCD (sum of character difference) and of S(subscript ok)×n (modified similarity coefficient of Okada, 1970) and cluster analysis by UPGMA (unweighted pairgroup method using arithmetic averages) are adopted. The CPCC (cophenetic correlation coefficient) between the original txt table and the matrix derived from cladogram is higher in S(subscript ok)×n (r(subscript cs)=0.9036) than in SCD (r(subscript cs)=0.7987) analysis. Consequently, at least for constructirg a phyletic cladogram it can be suggested that the S(subscript ok)×n analysis is superio to SCD analysis.
